This past week my office building for WIC was out of power just like the rest of the area from the storm. The best way we could help the community during this time was going out to 🪴Family Owned | Family Grown 🍅 and issuing farmer’s market benefits to our clients. We had 3 days worth of lines wrapped around the building to the street. Everyone was SO thankful for these benefits while our community was healing from the storm. We helped people find fruits and vegetables that would be usable while their power was out. It was so great to be out there helping make a difference! 🪴Family Owned | Family Grown 🍅 gifted my coworkers and I a produce basket for our hard work. I am so thankful for this during this tough month! They are an awesome family owned farm. ❤️
