Alright you bunch of broken people!

I can now only fit in absolute urgently broken people for May.

But I’m booking for June and July just now - I am going to have a week off in June, and then hoping to get down to Englandshire for a new course in July so please drop me a message asap to secure your spaces so you don’t miss out.

I have been really super mega busy, and I am considering having to close my books until Autumn to try and keep the work life balance tipped the correct way. So if you’ve been dithering about whether to book in, then June/July appointments are the time to get in and get your name down on the books.

I’ll pop in the comments about pricing and what’s on offer.

Enjoy the potential nice weather - listen to Aimee and wear your sunscreen and keep yourselves hydrated! 💦 🌞 Then when you’ve broken yourself by doing too much gardening or cyclising or horse riding or equivalent, give me a shout ;)

Shopping how it should be!

No plastic bags!

For a healthy body, healing and wellness starts from the inside.

I like to try and get my shopping from blackisleberries when I can. I usually try and tie it in with a journey. The produce always tastes so much better than supermarket bought stuff.

I try and grow as much as my own fruit and veggies as possible, but in between times I try and shop local and shop fresh.

It’s hard sometimes to have the energy to face yet ANOTHER car journey, so tying it in with other trips and doing it all at once makes it bearable.

I only found out about Black Isle Berries last year, I’m sad I’ve been missing out! So wanted to share here for anyone else who doesn’t know about them.
