10/21/2024
Good morning everyone.
I will be facilitating my first Cacao and Dance Immersion.
My offering will be held at the Ceilidh Place Bunkhouse on Saturday 2nd November, beginning in circle at 1pm and finishing in meditation at 3pm. A seat in the cirlce - £20 (Limited Slot)
As a Dancer and Cacao devotee for many years I want to share with you. I come gifting Ceremonial Grade Cacao which we will prepare, make and share together through group conversation before diving into gifting breath and transitioning into a freedom flow of guided movement and ecstatic group dance.
Come as you are and explore the natural rhythms of the elemental forces that live in and around your body. We will focus on visulisation, harnessing and embodiment through a journey of self and body awareness. Becoming mindful movers, becoming part of a collective and sharing the gift of Cacao and Movement medicine. We allow Cacaocita La Medicina to guide us into a deeper connection between Soma and Psyche, through body, mind and spirit we pay tribute and celebrate our bodies.
Because of the limited venue space in Ullapool, especially over the winter months this may be my first and last class of 2024, unless the universe has a plot twist, so this is why I will be combining this offering into one longer session. If I cant find available venue space for the rest of the year I will continue facilitating in 2025. But I will continue in search for space so I can hold space for you. Thank you to The Bunkhouse for allowing me the space before they close their doors for winter.
If you're being called into the circle and would like to book a slot or for any questions email me at [email protected] OR message me direct over Facebook - Elemental - Kayleigh Fisk / Kayleigh Fisk
We flow like Water
We ground like Earth
We grow like Fire
We breath in Air
We live in Ether
And we Dance like no one's watching and if they were, we do it anyway.
I am looking forward to welcoming you into the circle.
Kayleigh
