Self-Care Sunday: A Simple Self-Compassion Practice
If you’ve been hard on yourself lately (or you’ve been holding everyone else together)… this is your reminder:

You don’t need to be perfect to deserve peace.
You don’t need to “have it together” to be worthy of kindness.

2-Minute Self-Compassion Reset

Try this right now:

1. Place a hand on your chest (or anywhere comforting).

2. Take one slow inhale… and a longer exhale.

3. Say one of these (out loud or in your head):

• “This is hard, and I’m doing my best.”

• “I can be kind to myself right now.”

• “I don’t have to earn rest.”

If your best friend felt the way you feel today… what would you say to them?

Drop one sentence below (or just one word): “gentle.” “proud.” “breathe.” “enough.”
If you need an easy next step, color one tiny section today as an act of kindness toward yourself.
