“Life is a Ceremony: Fall Into Healing with Cacao” speaks to the idea that life itself is a sacred journey, where every season and moment offers an opportunity for healing. Fall, with its natural themes of release, reflection, and transition, is the perfect time to align with this ceremonial approach to living. By integrating cacao as a sacred tool for heart-opening and grounding, we can deepen our connection to this transformative season.

Whether you are new to cacao ceremonies or well-practiced, this workshop offers a gentle, inviting space for self-reflection, growth, and inner balance as we move through the shifting energies of fall.

Join us on Sunday, October 20th, for a soulful gathering as we honor the heart medicine of season. This immersive workshop combines the gentle, heart-opening ritual of a cacao ceremony with the healing wisdom of herbalism. As we sip sacred cacao, we’ll connect with our inner selves and the energies of the season, embracing the opportunity for reflection and transformation and gifts that autumn offers.

Participants are encouraged to bring blankets, pillow and/or yoga mat, wear something cozy & comfortable.

IT'S BACK!!! Please join us for the 2nd annual MAI FEST arts and crafts fair in Blue Island, IL. Saturday, May 13th from 12pm to 5pm.

This year will feature a collection of 100 plus artisan vendors showcasing their handmade goods, as well as music, libations and food from our local establishments.

MAI FEST is the day before Mother's Day, and would be a great way to spend some time with mom, or find her the perfect gift! The fest will be taking place inside the bars and breweries lining Olde Western Ave as well as spilling out into the street.
