Join Kassie Wylde Kassie Artemis Wylde for a very BIG and very GAY yoga class to kick off your day at Hilo Pride on Saturday, June 27th. Class is from 9:30-10:45am Molly Masaoka and will spill you and your rainbow attire back onto the streets of Hilo for the 11am Hilo Pride Parade! There will be music, there will be glitter, and it will be Q***R. LGBTQIA+ folks AND ALLIES welcome. Let’s not forget, my friends, that Pride started as a riot and that q***r folks, especially BIPOC Trans q***r folks have paved and continue to pave the way to our liberation from oppressive patriarchal systems. This class will be a celebration of how far we have come, an exploration of “what can it mean to live q***rly?” And a call to q***r your life by resisting the repression of your authentic self regardless of your sexual orientation. Please reserve your space in advance as spots are limited. Yoga Centered class packs are accepted or you can pay a drop in rate of $25. Can’t wait to see you there!

Big Island folks! Starting this Saturday I will be teaching the weekly 9:30-10:45am Vinyasa Slow Flow in downtown Hilo! While the pace of this class may be slower than some vinyasa classes, the slow speed promotes presence, strength building via longer holds and transitions, and the opportunity to hone alignment. It is accessible to yogis of all experience levels and will provide modifications to meet you where you are💚🌺🌿

My “To Read” stack could use one or two more books. Anyone have any recommendations? What’s on the top of your stack? I’m currently making my way through the Radiance Sutras which are just dripping with gorgeous language and deep wisdom. Would highly recommend.
