Why krama? Is you look at the word separately from Vinyasa Krama or any other way it’s used, it simply means “stages” or “steps.” This stuck with me though. When you’re practicing yoga it’s not just the sequence that’s in stages. So are you. Your body from when you first start to being three years in are at different stages. Your life style and journey has also put you at different stages. If you ran your whole life or have had surgery on something, these things make your body and your practice unique to you. That’s why when we practice we practice for us. I want to implement that as a teacher. I want your practice to be for your capabilities.
