Classes are starting again!
I am super excited to get classes started. Based on feedback, I will also try to have something to make and take home in every class.
The first class: Nervous System Mushrooms!
We will be extracting the benefits of Lion's Mane during class, and you will get to take home 1oz of a dual extract.

From Weeds to health

Dandelion considered to be one of the more common yard nuisances, but why?

The entire plant is edible and good for you. The root is one of my favorites to add to gut support formulas. It is high in inulin, a dietary fiber that fights off the harmful bacteria, promotes the good kind. Dandelion regulates the rate of digestion, allowing sugar to be released slowly without spiking, promoting healthy blood sugar. The leaf is high in minerals and the flower is great for your eyes. Its even good for your garden.
Lets stop punishing a plant that is here to heal.
