Happy Friday!!! 🎉 Guess what?? WE HAVE BREAD!

We’ve also got farm fresh eggs, some new granola bars, and a few other new goodies that have snuck onto the shelves this week. 👀

It is going to be HOT, HOT, HOT this long weekend, so please don’t forget your electrolytes! ☀️🥵 You might want to grab some of our seasonal tea blend too because the pollen count is apparently planning to be just as dramatic. 🤧😂

One little reminder we will be CLOSED Monday for Labor Day! We’re going to enjoy a day with our family, catch up on a few things, and hopefully not do too much actual labor on Labor Day. 😉

Happy Monday! It is still hot outside 🥵 ,and apparently the pollen has decided it would like some attention too. 😂

We have our Seasonal Support Tea on sample today, and you can grab some by the ounce to take home since the pollen count is supposed to be high the next few days!

We’re also stocked with allergy support supplements, neti pots with our sinus salts, and our elderberry syrup. Please don’t forget your electrolytes in this heat!

Look who I got to see today! 🤗

I’ve known Seth for about 10 years, so it makes me extra happy that Superieur Electrolytes are the electrolytes we choose to carry at Haven & Roots!

Seth has actually been in the electrolyte and sports nutrition world for decades and has formulated products for elite athletes along the way. He eventually decided he wanted to create an electrolyte completely different, using plant and sea mineral sources and ingredients he felt good about giving his own family. Superieur Electrolytes was born from that, and it is still a family owned company today.

Even the name has a story! Seth’s wife grew up on Lake Superior, and their love for the lake inspired the name Superieur.

I love knowing the people behind the products we carry, and I love being able to support another family owned business that really cares about what goes into their products like we do!

Good news we got stocked back up! 🙌

We’ve got fresh elderberry syrup ready today! We make ours right here in small batches. It is one of those things we love having on hand as we head toward fall, back to school, and all the little bugs that start making their rounds.

We also have a couple dozen farm fresh eggs available today! The chickens are HOT, so production is down a little right now 😂 If you’ve been needing eggs, you may want to grab them while we have them!

The COPPER has been a huge hit! We’ve sold so many of our copper bracelets, rings, and water bottles that we already have another order on the way! 🙌

We’ve got something new in the shop that we are really excited about!

Our copper rings, bracelets, and copper water bottles are here! Copper has been used for generations, and many people wear copper jewelry for things like joint comfort, stiffness, circulation, and inflammation.
The rings and bracelets are an easy way to add copper into your routine, especially if your hands, wrists, or joints tend to bother you. 😣

People enjoy storing their water in copper overnight and drinking it the next morning as part of their wellness routine. Just add plain water, let it sit for several hours or overnight.
