Due to a recent post, I felt this should be addressed from a different perspective.

Sellers are absolutely allowed to feel hurt by bad reviews. It’s never fun receiving criticism. The real question is: what do we do with that feedback?

Public pile-ons, blacklist-style posts, and encouraging harassment over reviews should never become normal in this community.

A giveaway may feel small to the seller, but to the buyer it was still something they won, looked forward to receiving, and cared about.

I’ve always loved the crystal community because it’s been kind, supportive, and encouraging. We may not be able to control every review, but we can control how we respond to them — professionally.
