Recently I have been dealing with sinus issues from vog and seasonal allergies. Then I remembered a roller blend I made years ago and had great results using. In a 10 mL roller bottle add 6 drops each of breathe, lime and frankincense oils from doTERRA. Top off with your favorite carrier oil and apply over the forehead and along cheekbones and behind the ears. You can repeat as needed. Normally it takes a couple applications for me to get it under control. After applying I massage it in small circles
Breathe opens airways and eases congestion.
Lime will help reduce inflammation and facial pressure.
The King of Oils, Frankincense, encourages drainage so junk can move.

This is my best hack to keep from becoming under the weather or worst case, getting better quicker.
I take a glass container and add:
• 1 cup baking soda (neutralizes toxins + provides alkalinity to support detox)
• 1 cup Epsom salts or magnesium flakes (helps promote waste elimination)
• 1 cup bentonite clay (helps draw out toxins + combats pathogenic bacteria)
•5 drops each juniper berry (detoxifies), copaiba (immune support + inflammatory support), tea tree (immune support).

Add 3/4 to one cup to a hot bath and soak for at least 30 min.

After I get a vaccine or shot, I like to do a little extra self-care to support my body and feel my best 💛

Here’s my simple routine:

🌿 Frankincense – apply around the injection site for comfort
🌀 Zendocrine – supports the body’s natural detox pathways
🧬 DDR Prime – helps with cellular support
🍃 Purify – diffuse for a fresh, clean environment
💪 Celery Seed + Pink Pepper – supports overall organ function (dilute if applying topically)
🌿 Cassia – apply diluted to feet or abdomen for warmth + circulation (it’s a hot oil, so always dilute!)
💧 Fiber – helps support digestion and elimination

✨ I also apply oils to my abdomen and lower back (kidney area) and gently massage in.

🚶‍♀️ And don’t skip this—go for a walk after your shot! Movement really helps everything flow.
