Here it is...raw, real, and unfiltered, but that is the reality of this topic. Coming out of it though is hope, healing and so many reasons to stick around. Life does get better! There are options that work, and there are leaders who care--about YOU. You don't have to fight alone. Together we can fight for each other!

Moody’s recent F4EO Project event was a smashing success! The support locally and all the aloha sent from F4EO’s Oahu team was truly overwhelming. We reached almost 1200 Airmen at Moody AFB CAF day during 4 sessions.
Special thanks to Our amazing panel of speakers for having the bravery to stand and share their stories, for their efforts and the Moody Mental health team. Thanks to Donna Renke and Col(r) Robert Swanson for flying in from Oahu, The F4EO Project creator herself TSgt Aubrey Pabon for sharing her story and how the initiative came to be and First Sgt., MSgt Jaime Beard for sharing his powerful story as well.
Thanks to all who came and listened to these real stories/experiences. The goal is for everyone too know they ARE NOT alone, there is support and there are resources out there to help you or some one you know.

Back by popular demand!

The F4EO Project is proud to announce the second installment for ACC, at Moody AFB in Valdosta Georgia. Since the inception 4 yrs ago at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, the dream has been to make this initiative go as far reaching as possible. This year The F4EO Project will be on CAF day, 27Sept. Col(R) Robert Swanson and Ms. Donna Renke will be flying all the way from oahu and Ms Hiedi Tourangeau will be making the trek from NC to join the panel. MSgt Jaime Beard and the creator of the F4EO Project, TSgt Aubrey Pabon from Moody AFB will be joinimg the panel for the first time.

Fight For Each Other at the out of Darkness walk this weekend, on the Island of Oahu partnering with OUR community in support of su***de prevention and honoring those lost to death by su***de. Our mission is to give a platform for honest discussion by those who have been impacted by su***de, sharing the devastating effects on family and friends, encouraging help seeking behaviors, amazing "come back stories" and connecting resources. If you or someone you know is struggling there is help available. The world needs you! One life lost to su***de is one too many. No one has to fight alone. We can fight for each other!

Yesterday Fight For Each Other got to partner with Hawaii's Governor, David Ige and the Oahu & State Task Force in the designation of September for Hawaii's Su***de Prevention and Awareness month.
