To Our Dear Customers:
Starting July 1, ODP will temporarily suspend our core retail operations.
On June 23, the Hawaii Department of Health and Attorney General announced statewide h**p enforcement beginning July 1—targeting federally lawful products that comply with the 2018 Farm Bill.
Because of these sudden and coercive state threats, we cannot sell our core products as of July 1 without exposing ourselves and you to enforcement action — at least until the court rules. Rather than expose our customers and staff to that enforcement, we’re pulling that inventory and suspending operations while the court decides.
On July 2, our case is before the federal court in Honolulu. We’ve asked the court to stop this overreach and protect your access to the legal h**p products you rely on.
We refuse to abandon our community. We are fighting to survive this, and we intend to reopen and adapt to whatever the court decides as soon as the judge rules. We’ll keep you posted here.
Thank you for standing with us. 🌿
