I dropped off my ballot last week. I never miss an election. I vote to honor the women who fought for us to have the right to vote, the right to open our own bank accounts, apply for a mortgage, have our own credit card, etc. This year I vote to make sure that my daughter and I continue to have the right to decide what happens to our bodies.

This has been my spot since last Sunday. I had to unexpectedly have my gallbladder removed and spent 3 nights in the hospital. After lifting weights consistently 3 times a week for over a year, I now have to take a 3-4 week break. It’s killing time!
