This cacao ceremony is happening on the Full Moon, a perfect time for us to come together, celebrate completing cycles, and release what no longer serves.

Our cup is overflowing!

Every time you start the day with cacao, there’s a vitality that’s available that carries through the entire day.

We recommend creating a daily ritual that grounds you in the now, offers you space to express gratitude and time to connect to the heart. Even if it’s only 10 minutes! Create space to set intention for your day.

Today, my morning routine looked like preparing a cup of cacao, putting on my favorite downtempo playlist, doing a 20 minute yoga flow, and mentally preparing for the meetings and tasks of the day.

Thank you for your support! Your purchase of our cacao directly supports ingenious communities in Guatemala and Brazil. We practice direct trade with the organic farmers we work with, ensuring that 1/3 of our revenue goes to the farmers and 1/3 to the women’s co-op who processes the beans of our cacao. We also donate monthly to Water 4 Life Global Inc who helps provide clean drinking water to villagers at Lake Atitlan in Guatemala.

1. Cacao grows at the equator: nearly all cacao trees grow within 20 degrees of the equator, and 75% of those grow within eight degrees.
2. The cacao tree, a small evergreen, is Theobroma cacao, a name that derives from the Greek 'theos', gods, and 'broma', food: the food of the gods.
3. Cacao's antioxidant power is extremely high. Considered a superfood thanks to its many wholesome qualities, cacao can help protect against cell ageing, tumors, and even some diseases like Alzheimer’s and Diabetes.
