Unlike regular store yeast, sourdough has the ability to ferment for lots of hours at a time! making it easier on your gut 🙂

While Yeast (such as "active dry" or "instant") is for rising purposes.

That is why at Happy Heart Homestead, ALL our products will be made JUST Sourdough and NEVER any added yeast!!
