While this doesn't happen to me too often anymore, it did happen to me while I was on a work trip last week in Laredo, TX, while staying at the Laredo Mansion💃🏻😃 This is a great technique use when your space gets too uncomfortable, especially if you've been experiencing restlessness at night or sleep paralysis 😵‍💫😳🫩

The experience was interesting enough that I thought I'd share it, and what I did to protect my space...and my peace ✨️

Hello, everyone!

I'm heading to Laredo, Texas, October 18–21, and I'm looking forward to visiting a place I've never been before!

This trip came together thanks to a lovely client who reached out, gathered a few friends, and invited me to come work with them. I always enjoy when things unfold this way. It gives me the opportunity to travel, meet new people, and bring my work to those who might not otherwise have the chance to experience an in-person session.

And that got me thinking...

Do you happen to know anyone in Laredo?

Maybe you have family there, an old friend, or someone you've been meaning to reconnect with. Sometimes all it takes is a little, "Hey, I heard someone is coming to your town, and I thought of you!"

I've always loved those kinds of connections. You never know when sharing something with someone might turn out to be just what they needed to hear.

My work as a Shamanic Energy Healer has always been about helping people find their way back to themselves. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult chapter, or simply searching for a little more clarity and balance, my hope is to offer a space where they feel heard, supported, and encouraged to move forward.

Sometimes finding our way home has nothing to do with where we live, but everything to do with reconnecting with who we are.

I'll be offering private, one-on-one healing sessions while I'm in Laredo, and I'd be happy to connect with anyone who is curious about my work.

I've never been to Laredo before, but thanks to a wonderful client who gathered some friends and invited me to come work with them, I'm packing my bags and heading your way!

One of my favorite things about my work is being able to travel and bring private, in-person healing sessions to people who might not otherwise have access.

🌽 The MAZE of Life... and What Makes It AMAZING! ✨

Today, the family and I went pumpkin hunting, and got they had a corn maze!! As Lala and I were falling behind the others, somewhere between trying to find our way through the winding paths and wondering where everyone had disappeared to, I had a thought. 😅

Isn't life a lot like a corn maze?

Sometimes we know exactly where we're going. Other times, we're confused, overwhelmed, or wondering if we've made a wrong turn. Sometimes we even lose sight of the people we love along the way.

But here's what struck me...

Right there in the middle of the word AMAZING is the word MAZ(E). And I started thinking about how much of life's beauty we miss when we're so focused on finding our way OUT that we forget to appreciate what's happening along the way.

The colorful ears of corn hiding beneath their husks. The little critters going about their day. The unexpected surprises around every corner. And the joy of finding someone you thought you'd lost somewhere along the path. ❤️

What if the secret to an amazing life isn't knowing exactly where you're going?

What if it's learning to keep your chin up, stay present, pay attention to your surroundings, and appreciate the unexpected?

Because sometimes the wrong turn leads to the most beautiful discovery.

And even when you feel lost, it doesn't mean you've lost your way forever.

Keep your chin up. Stay aware. Trust yourself. And don't forget to enjoy the MAZE that makes life AMAZING. ✨

Hello, San Antonio! 🤠

I'm excited to share that I'll be returning to San Antonio October 12th–14th, offering a limited number of private, in-person Shamanic Energy Healing Sessions.

Although my visit will be brief, the work we do together is anything but rushed. Those of you who have worked with me know that I believe in allowing each session the time and space it needs. Every soul has its own story, and every healing experience is unique.

Sometimes, we don't realize just how much we've been carrying until we finally give ourselves permission to put some of it down.

Perhaps you've been feeling disconnected from yourself, emotionally exhausted, or simply unable to find your way forward. Maybe you've been navigating physical discomfort, difficult relationships, grief, anxiety, or a life transition that has left you questioning your next steps.

If you have ever worked with me in person, chances are you have been spiritually accosted by Lily Gray, Tourmaline, or Penny 😇 These girls take their jobs very seriously, and each serve a purpose in the healing they provide.
