When doing a juice fast here are some tips :

1. Make sure your juices are giving your body what it needs to replish itself.

If one juice is mixed for detoxing , have another that is replenishing your system.

2. Treat the juices like a meal replacement.
Detox juice in the rise, a juice for energy around lunch and a dense juice for evening

3. Make enough for the length of time you plan to juice. The worst thing is running out of juice when you need it most .

4. After you are done juicing , don’t just go back to your regular diet, you will be heavy sluggish; it will throw your system into chaos.

Start with smoothies and soups , then fruit raw/ steamed food. Slowly work solid food back over a course of a few days .
