Sonic Body Works Spring, TX is seeking a Spa Manager to join our talented team!

We are looking for a Spa Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Spa and supervise all staff to ensure standards and procedures are adhered to and delivered at the highest level. This person will have strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, a solid work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing consultations to new guests explaining our services and what to expect.
Selling the appropriate services to guests
Facilitate training and evaluations of all staff.
Ensure all administration duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, and expense/supply are maintained and effective.
Assist in greeting guests at spa.
Assist in making spa reservations, check in spa guests, and offer recommendations or descriptions of spa services as necessary.
Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, resolve customer complaints; assist customers in inquiries
Answer phone calls, emails, and social media posts
Daily and opening/closing operations, making sure spa is clean and orderly

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Must have 1-2 years of management and sales experience in a spa setting
Certified Esthetician a plus
Must be able to communicate professionally in English both verbally and written
Comfort in training staff as well as coaching and counseling when necessary.
