Patient presented with severe claudication with multiple failed fem-pop bypasses and single vessel runoff. We were able to racanalize (Auryon laser and stenting) her native SFA and the posterior tibial artery. Perfusion much improved in this highly complex patient! Avoided a third high risk bypass.
