I presented at the UTMB Forum on Aging poster session on Tuesday night. I won the “Excellence in Research Fellow Award” for Rehabilitation & Recovery. Thank you to my co-author and wonderful mentor Dr. Al Snih!

I am excited and honored to announce that I was notified today that Dr. Soham Al Snih and I received the ACRM Aging Research & Geriatric Rehabilitation Networking Group: Best Scientific Poster in Geriatric Rehabilitation Award 2022 for the upcoming ACRM conference November 8-11 in Chicago titled Vision Impairment and Falls among Older Mexican Americans!!!!!
