Ok, I gotta say, that I've been consistently working out now for about 6 months now and watching what I eat. I'm down 3 sizes and that's great, but I feel like I reached a plateau. Not in weight loss (because I'm not trying to lose more weight), but in shaping how I want to see myself and areas of my body I'd like to be stronger. So I worked out with and I have to say I felt tension in muscles I've been trying to target all year. I'm excited!

is a day to honor those who have fallen in times of war to protect the security and freedoms of this country. Having been in the military, it was our job to go, to do, to serve. We didn’t have much time to consider what all that meant. It means so much more than we ever thought possible. I miss those we’ve lost dearly and pray for their loved ones. But my heart aches daily for those who struggle with every day living. Those who’s mental health seems to never be attainable. So on Memorial Day, it’s important to me to honor them as well. If you or someone you love is struggling with PTSD, there is hope and there can be brighter days. There are techniques like REMD that are making a difference.
