One of the main questions I get is what is energy healing?

Everything is made up of energy. The human body has several energy centers that run along the middle of body. Those energy centers are called chakras. Each chakra aligns to different emotions, organ systems, body parts and emotions.

Sometimes these energy systems get blocked or come out of balance and one can experience discomfort, stagnation or dis-ease. Energy healing works to clear blockages and bring the body, mind and spirit back into alignment.
