Real-time support doesn’t always happen in a delivery room 🤎✨

This was a virtual labor prep session during early labor—guiding through contractions, pelvic tilts, hip circles, and breath on the birth ball.
Movement in labor isn’t one-size-fits-all… some clients prefer stillness, others gentle rocking or bouncing. I support what their body is asking for while keeping things safe and intentional.

After an in-person labor prep session, I always make time to reset. 🌿
