understand how frustrating the repair process can be. I also know that
many families and individuals live on a tight, fixed income. That is
exactly why I keep my labor prices low and affordable—to ensure you get
the help you need without the financial stress.
I provide professional, honest labor at a flat rate. To keep costs low,
clients provide their own parts or batteries.
👉 Servicing backup and spare equipment is highly recommended to ensure
zero disruption to your primary daily mobility needs!

🛠️ MENU & FLAT-RATE LABOR FEES

• Battery Installation & Load Test — Swap out dead power chair cells
and load-test them to ensure they hold a true charge.
-> Labor: $45.00
• Joystick & Electronics Install — Quick, clean replacement of damaged
joystick controllers, modules, or cracked control cables.
-> Labor: $50.00
• Drive Wheels & Casters — Swapping out worn, flat, or damaged main
drive wheels and front caster assemblies.
-> Labor: $40.00 (Per Axle)
• Hospital Bed Relocation & Setup — Professional teardown, transport,
and perfect setup of heavy home care beds (SleepSafe, Drive, Invacare).
-> Text for custom quote based on distance!
• Pediatric Stander & Wheelchair Growth Adjustments — Safely extending
frame growth links, moving footplates, and modifying standers as your
child grows (if growth room remains on the frame).
-> Labor: $45.00
• Safety Tune-Up, Cushion Re-Velcro & Detail — Deep cleaning,
tightening all structural nuts/bolts on manual chairs, and fixing slipping
or loose seat cushions.
-> Labor: $35.00

⚠️ THE "WRONG PARTS" TRANSPARENCY POLICY

To keep my labor prices low, clients must provide the correct batteries or
replacement parts for their specific equipment brand and model.
👉 Please send me a photo of your parts boxes/labels before our appointment!
👉 If I drive out to your location and the parts provided are incorrect or missing, a $50.00 Trip Fee will apply to cover travel and scheduling.
