You don’t need more health information.
You need to know what matters first.
Most people I meet are not short on health advice. They are trying to sort through too much of it.
One expert says to focus on sleep.
Another says blood sugar.
Another recommends a supplement, a food list, a workout plan, or a complete morning routine.
Before adding another recommendation, ask three questions:
1 Why this?
2 Why now?
3 What will tell us it is working?
Then choose the first lever with the greatest likely downstream effect and the lowest realistic friction.
Watch what changes. Let your symptoms, energy, sleep, digestion, labs, and lived experience become feedback.
They are information, not a grade.
The goal is not to follow more advice. It is to make better decisions with less noise.
Save this for the next time you are tempted to change everything at once.
Tired of trying to figure it out yourself let us help. We’ve been doing this for over 20 years and we know what works.
