Yesterday was about so much more than basketball! 🏀💜 Four amazing coaches came together to give our youth a positive, safe, and supportive experience—showing them that there are better choices than drugs, gangs, and negative influences. Through love, mentorship, teamwork, and encouragement, these coaches showed our kids what community is all about.

Unlimited Visions Aftercare, Inc. is excited about the opportunity to work alongside these coaches as we continue creating positive alternatives and brighter futures for our youth. 💜🙌🏾

When the community comes together, our youth WIN! 🏆

Follow Unlimited Visions Aftercare, Inc. for education, prevention, support, and resources that can make a difference. 💜 We’re committed to helping youth and adults make healthier choices by sharing facts about alcohol, prescription drugs, ma*****na, va**ng, and other substances—while also connecting our community with outpatient treatment and youth prevention services.

✨ Awareness can start a conversation. Support can change a life. Recovery is possible.

El Centro de Corazón is excited to host their Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway on Friday, August 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Magnolia Multi-Service Center (City of Houston).

This will be a drive-through event, and we will also have a separate line for families who arrive on foot.

We will distribute 800 backpacks filled with school supplies to help children prepare for the upcoming school year. Backpacks will be available from 9:00 a.m. until supplies run out. Based on previous years, we anticipate all backpacks may be distributed within the first two hours, so we encourage families to arrive early.

Real Friends Don’t Pressure You

REAL FRIENDS RESPECT YOUR “NO.”

You never have to use drugs or alcohol to fit in. Stand with people who support your goals—not your mistakes.

“Confidence is saying NO when everyone else says YES.”

Va**ng Isn’t Harmless

*DON’T LET VA**NG STEAL YOUR BREATH*

Va**ng can expose your body to harmful chemicals and ni****ne addiction. Your lungs deserve better.

Healthy lungs. Healthy future.

🖤 Mental health matters, and no one should have to suffer in silence. 🖤

Some of the deepest pain is invisible, but that doesn’t mean it’s not real. Join us for “Invisible Tears”, a powerful mental health panel featuring honest conversations, personal stories, and encouragement from community leaders, artists, and special guests.

Together, we can break the stigma, inspire hope, and remind one another that it’s okay to ask for help. 💙

📅 Friday, July 17
🕑 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 Booker T. Washington High School
4204 Yale St. – Senfronia Thompson Auditorium

Let’s come together to support healing, spread awareness, and let our youth and community know that their mental health matters.

💙 You are seen. You are heard. You are valued. You are never alone.
