Here are some ways I piece convenient meals together -
➡️ pre-made egg muffins or protein muffins to add to an easy breakfast.
➡️ frozen meals with whole food plant ingredients can be convenient and packed with nutrition. I like to add batch cooked protein/rotisserie chicken and seeds to these.
➡️ steam in bag rice and veggies for the win… if you are busy with practices and short for time - convenience is everything.

Don’t give up when you’re busy!
