As I begin my journey toward my BSN, I am getting accustomed to ebooks. I talked to my son about it and we both prefer an old fashioned, heavy paper book.

WMS is offering its BLS CPR training in Snohomish. We can also travel onsite for groups. Initial class take about 3 hours. Recert classes take about 90 minutes. AHA emails your card directly to you via email within 48 hours of completing the class.
We are super flexible with dates and times right now so comment here or send me a pm.
We disinfect out equipment with Lysol.
$50 per person (group discounts available). Discounted rates for DOC employees.

WMS Assistance International is currently able to provide American Heart Association’s
CPR/ BLS Provider training in the Seattle area.

Classes are able to be up to 6 people at a time.

WMS is able to teach on location. We are offer babysitting CPR. Group discounts available. Cards are emailed directly to you within 48 hours of course completion.

I have been in New Orleans for a little over a week now. I have been witness to CoViD19. I am grateful to the hospital that has given the chance to get back into US nursing. My co-workers have been completely supportive and I am humbled by their kindness. The hospital is providing enough PPE so I don't feel unsafe.

Most people recover just fine from CoViD19.

The ones that don't recover become amazingly sick in an amazingly short period of time. These people go from talking to you to being on a ventilator in a matter of hours. We now call the families to say "good bye" before the tube is put in the patient's airway because, for most, they will never come off the vent. They are in multi organ failure and on every drip the US health system has to offer. There is pneumonia, kidney failure and brain bleeds. Most serious cases are the elderly- some are young.

Wear your mask, wash your hands, don't touch your face, cough into your elbow, rinse with Listerine, take Vitamin D, wash your clothes in hot water, sanitize your laundry basket and social distance. You can do all these things even if you are back at work. We all have to work together to fight CoViD19 as there is fear of a mutation.

N95 Face Masks

The 'N95' designation means that when subjected to careful testing, the respirator blocks at least 95 percent of very small test particles. If the mask does not fit well- it doesn't work.

The CDC is now saying that the N95 is not necessary outside a medical facility. The mask is not showing to be very effective.

My guess is that people are not wearing them properly.

The use of N95 mask increases the effort in breathing and may cause discomfort, tiredness or headache. As some people with chronic lung disease, heart diseas...

My son sent this to me last night and I watched it about 10 times.

First, it is amazing that CoViD19 was actually the third leading cause of death earlier this month!

Second, it was the 15th leading cause of death early n the process.

Third- I love the little graphics.

WMS Assistance International offers a "Staying Healthy" series. It is aimed toward corporations in an effort to keep your team healthy and, thus, reduce sick days leading to lower costs and higher productivity.
