Congratulations to Jacqueline Garcia (MS3) and Susan Guajardo (MS2), recipients of scholarships from the Hispanic Health Coalition.

They were joined at the scholarship luncheon by faculty mentors Alechia Abioye, Ed.D, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, and Linda Civallero, MPH, Executive Director of Student Engagement.

From free screenings and insurance assistance to community resources and meaningful conversations, dozens of neighbors, students, faculty and community partners came together with one shared goal: helping people get the care they need.
