These days, we often tell our children fairy tales that give them beautiful dreams. But our grandparents told us stories of Lord Ram and Lord Krishna—stories that gave us much more than dreams. They gave us lessons for life.
They taught us that challenges are a part of life, but facing them with courage, grace, and faith is what makes us truly brave.
The beautiful story of Lord Krishna and Draupadi reflects the spirit of Raksha Bandhan. When Krishna was injured, Draupadi tore a piece of her sari and tied it around his wound. Touched by her love and care, Krishna promised that whenever she needed him, he would always be there. Later, when Draupadi called upon Krishna for help, he protected her and kept his promise.
That is the true essence of Raksha Bandhan—a beautiful bond of love, care, trust, and understanding. A sister prays for her brother’s health and happiness, while a brother promises to stand by his sister whenever she needs him.
A rakhi is not just a thread; it is a promise—a promise to always be there for each other, through every joy and every challenge in life. ❤️

This is gift of humanity. This is true example of sisterhood. My friends, my neighbors and homemade pickle lover we all came together and building a home for needy widow sister Sangeeta with 2 kids. God is great 🙏praying for more power to us, so we can be more helpful to others.
