Hermosa Puerto Vallarta 💜
I went at the end of last month for a week and I already want to go back.
Don't get me wrong, it was arduous and too hot for me… I already live in the wrong state and I knew that it was probably going to be too hot there too, but I had to take the chance.
I still stretched and rolled my feet every morning, non-negotiable, and I unfortunately had way too much bread 😬 but listen, Chelsey ain't never gonna say no to a cheese danish lol
But of course, that probably contributed to some inflammation, which probably didn't help with the Uhthoff's Phenomenon I have, a term I recently learned.
It refers to the temporary worsening of neurological symptoms in people with MS triggered by an increase in core body temperature.
I'd have loved to go for a hike and take a walk at the top of a mountain with a great view or be in the middle of the ocean or on the beach, or in the Botanical Gardens… But just getting me out of the pool, I saw the look on Bashera Giwa 's face that I've seen on my mom's before when I've been out in the heat and they've almost gotten me wherever I'm supposed to be when all of a sudden my body just crumbles and there's nothing I can do and they don't know what has just happened.
It's desperation and confusion and I hate it, but luckily they love me and both stick it out 💕
Then, the last picture, my scooter that I had transported into the country, was suddenly an alert and questioned heavily to transport out of the country back home, so I had to hold everyone up in the line, lucky me.
So, I'll go back in December and try again😆 I'm nothing if not determined
