India’s AI future will not be built on compute alone.
It will be powered by the infrastructure that makes compute possible.
We are proud to announce that Trentar has signed an MoU with the Government of Maharashtra for a proposed ₹30,000 crore ($ 3.3Bn) investment to develop a 500 MW Green Integrated Hyperscale Data Center Park. Trentar has also received an LOI from the State Government outlining the incentive package.
The MoU was exchanged under the Invest Maharashtra initiative, aligned with the State’s long-term economic development vision, and formally presented by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis.
What sets this vision apart is an integrated approach that combines world-class infrastructure development with engineering, operational, and environmental excellence.
We combine decades of experience across power, thermal, water, and utility management with technology leadership across our businesses—placing efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimisation at the core.
The Group’s investments in battery energy storage, backup power solutions, water treatment, digital intelligence services further strengthen our capabilities and position us to build the Data Center campus with speed, technology-led agility, operational resilience, and sustainability at scale.
