Restorative yoga helps provide us the opportunity to unwind from our daily stresses during the day. The purpose of the practice to help restore our body – to give it a chance to rest and recover from our daily grind. The practice allows us to do poses with the support of props to help with stretching and to bring awareness to our breath. The class is open to all levels.

Bring a mat, if you don't have one, please let me know ahead of time and I can bring extras.

Class Schedule:
Sundays – 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Where: InBody Academy
1597 1100 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84105

Parking: Parking on the street along 1100 S and Milton Avenue. There are parking spaces behind the building as well.
