Spring is doing its thing… and your baby’s brain is soaking it up ☀️🌿

Did you know your baby’s circadian rhythm (their internal day/night clock) is built, not born?
And one of the biggest drivers of that rhythm is daytime light exposure.

That means:
✨ getting outside during awake time
✨ letting naps happen in natural daylight (yes, even those stroller naps)
✨ helping their body learn the difference between day and night

It doesn’t have to be complicated - think front porch feeds, a walk around the block, or laying on a blanket in the yard.

And here in Houston… this is your window.
Before the heat hits and suddenly “outside” feels like a steam room 😅
