I make this a few times a week! I’m forever on my gut health and anti-inflammatory journey! I used…

- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder (use 1 if you’re not use to the bitterness)
- 12oz Bone Broth (use 1/2 if you’re not use to the flavor)
- 2 pinches of Salt
- As much or as little cinnamon as I want
- 1 tbsp of Honey

If you want to make it into a latte of sorts…

- Swap the bone broth for your milk of choice
- Add few tablespoons of melted almond butter

Ladies, Lifting Weights Will Not Make You Look Manly!

1. Muscles are not reserved for men only!
2. Women who have visible muscle definition are gorgeous to me!
3. I don’t care what anyone likes, I care about how I feel and what I like!
4. In order to build and maintain huge muscles, it takes SO MUCH effort! Most women( and men alike) who have crazy big muscles are on some type of steroid enhancement to even make that look possible.

So in conclusion. Muscles don't equal manly. Crazy big muscles don't even equal manly- cause most of the time it's not natural so it’s more like inhuman. ✌🏾

A quick moment of encouragement!

To all of my women who are out there trying to heal their bodies naturally... remember victories come in small moments!

When we take our focus OFF of the way we look and dig deep to concentrate on our HEALTH, we can enjoy the beauty of small things (like getting outside for short workouts while the sun hits our skin)!

Remember it all matters! Every step. Every workout.

Throwback prank: John had just asked me to come and hang out with him on the patio. I said yes, but ended up laying down and scrolling Tik Tok for 15ish minutes. When I came across this sound about whether your husband is losing interest, I knew it was a perfect sound to catch his reaction. I got up, leaned out the balcony, and caught this reaction. 😂
