Attended an inversion workshop today. I can do crow pose but I’ve never done a proper head stand, shoulder stand or hand stand. Oh my gosh was this a challenge for me. As a kid I was pretty afraid of inversions and even cartwheels. I’ve had shoulder and neck issues that I’ve been working hard to heal and this was a big step into upper body strength in a really fun way. This was the best I got, held a head stand for a few seconds. My shoulder stand was just a no and my hand stand felt wobbly even against the wall, but easier than the shoulder stand. Anyway- glad I tried something new, going to keep practicing my head stand and hand stand until I get it!
