Some days, life has us moving nonstop. ✨
The hustle. The pressure. The deadlines. The endless to-do lists. The stress over things that, in the moment, feel so heavy. đź–¤
And then… you walk into a place like MD Anderson. 🏥
°
You put that medical band around your wrist.
And suddenly, reality has a way of humbling you. 🎗️
°
You look around and see fighters. Survivors. Families holding onto hope. đź’• People battling for their lives with strength most people could never imagine. And in that moment, all the noise from the outside world gets quiet.
°
It reminds you of what truly matters.
Health. Life. Time. Faith. Love. Purpose. 🙏🏽✨
°
Sometimes we forget just how much we’ve already survived. We forget the battles we’ve already overcome because we get caught up in everyday stress. But walking back into a cancer hospital has a way of bringing perspective back. It reminds you that being here is a blessing. 🌸

°That surviving is a blessing. That every scar, every treatment, every hard day carried purpose. 💪🏽🎀
°
To every survivor: your strength is inspiring. đź‘‘
To everyone currently fighting: keep going. Your story is not over. đź’—
°
And to the caregivers and families walking this journey too: your love matters more than you know. 🤍
°
Never forget — you’ve already made it through moments you once thought would break you. And that strength still lives inside of you. ✨🎗️

Mother’s Day Without Her: Processing Grief, Distance, and Disconnection
°
Mother’s Day can bring more than celebration—it can bring grief, distance, and complex emotions 💭
At Pretty Girls With Cancer , we recognize that not everyone experiences this day the same. Many feel the pressure to “hold it together,” while quietly carrying loss, longing, or emotional weight.
This virtual therapy session is designed to provide a safe, structured space to process those emotions using clinically grounded tools and guided reflection 🤍

Mother’s Day Without Her: Processing Grief, Distance, and Disconnection 🕊
°
Sometimes it brings grief, distance, or emotions you don’t know how to hold. I know this personally—I’ve experienced the loss of my own beautiful mother. 🌹
°
And as a Licensed Psychotherapist, I see how many people feel like they have to “hold it together” instead of actually processing what they feel.
°
This is a space where you don’t have to do that.
Join me for a guided virtual session to process, reflect, and move through Mother’s Day with support.
°

đź’™ March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month
*
At Pretty Girls with Cancer™, we believe awareness saves lives. Colorectal cancer is one of the fastest-increasing cancers being diagnosed in adults under 50, and many people do not recognize the early warning signs.

Pay attention to your body. Symptoms such as changes in bowel habits, blood in the stool, unexplained stomach pain, fatigue, or sudden weight loss should never be ignored. Early detection through screening can make a life-saving difference.
*
This month we stand with the fighters, survivors, caregivers, and families impacted by colorectal cancer. Let’s continue to educate, advocate, and encourage our communities to prioritize their health and screenings.
*
✨ Pretty girls get screened. Pretty girls advocate. Pretty girls support each other.
