06/16/2026

Long walks and days spent at the gym really give me time to think about things and have me wondering= **Are you living your life... or just watching it go by?**

I know I still ask myself this question some days.

So many women spend years taking care of everyone else.
The kids.
The husband.
The job.
The house.
The appointments.
The never-ending to-do list.

And somewhere along the way, they stop taking care of themselves. It's definitely NOT because they don't want to but more because life gets busy.
Then one day they realize they're standing on the sidelines of their own life.

They're watching instead of participating.
Watching their kids play.
Watching their friends go on adventures.
Watching everyone else seem to have energy while they feel exhausted.
Watching their body become something they barely recognize.

The truth is, after 40, strength becomes about so much more than how you look but more about carrying your own luggage without thinking twice or asking anyone for the help!

Strength is hiking with your family and enjoying it instead of worrying if you'll keep up.

Strength is getting down on the floor with your kids or grandkids and getting back up without pain.

Strength is having the energy to say YES to life instead of always feeling tired, or silently wishing they'd never has asked

Strength is confidence.
Strength is independence.
Strength is freedom.

That's why I created the HER Method.

Not to help women become smaller but to help them become stronger.

HER stands for Hormone-Aware, Empowered, and Restored.

Because your body isn't broken. It doesn't need more punishment, more cardio, or another restrictive diet.
It needs a strategy that works with your body instead of against it.
A strategy that helps you rebuild strength, restore confidence, and feel like yourself again.

Because life is a marathon.

And I don't want you sitting on the sidelines watching it go by.I want you living it.Fully Strongly.Confidently.!

The question is:

What would your life look like if you felt strong enough to say YES to more of it?

06/14/2026

Can I ask you something? I took a long bike ride today after it rained and I had time to think
As you move through your 40's, 50's, 60's and beyond Wouldn't it be great if you could:
✅ Walk up a flight of stairs without thinking twice about it
✅ Get up off the floor with confidence
✅ Carry your own groceries without struggling
✅ Travel, hike, garden, and play with your grandkids without worrying if your body can keep up
✅ Trust yourself to catch your balance if you trip

Because here's the thing...
Most women focus on losing weight.
Very few focus on maintaining POWER or honestly are confused as to what it exactly means with regards to your body

Power is your ability to react quickly, move confidently, and do everyday things with ease.
It's the difference between feeling hesitant and feeling capable.

There is good news however
Power can be trained at ANY age.
At HER, we use simple things like strength training, balance work, step-ups, carries, and quick movement drills to help women build the kind of fitness that actually matters in real life.

Not because we're trying to become elite athletes...
But because we want to be active participants in our lives Not spectators!

I don't know about you, but when I'm 75, I want to be the woman taking the trip, chasing the grandkids, carrying the groceries, and saying "yes" to adventures.

How about you?

👇 What's one thing you want your body to still be able to do 10 years from now?

A client came in recently and said something that stuck with me, but also really got me thinking.

She looked at me and said:
"I honestly don't know what I'm supposed to be doing anymore." and the more we talked, the more I realized she wasn't talking about exercise she was talking about the confusion of everything she was hearing.

One person says eat less.
Another says eat more.
One says do cardio.
Another says lift weights.
One says cut carbs.
Another says hormones are the problem.
One says try fasting.
Another says never skip breakfast.

And somewhere in the middle of all that noise she was exhausted- Not gonna lie I was exhausted just writing all of this but its true!

She wasn't just physically exhausted, but mentally.

Because every time she tried something and it didn't work, she started wondering if SHE was the problem.

Maybe you've felt that way too.
Like you're doing your best but somehow keep ending up back at square one.

Here's what I told her:
Your body isn't broken.
You're just getting too many conflicting messages from people who don't understand what your body needs right now.

That's exactly why I created HER- from my own personal frustrations I experienced first hand

HER is frustration-free fitness for women who are tired of guessing.
No fads.
No trends.
No jumping from one thing to the next.
Just a proven system focused on what actually matters:
✔ Building strength
✔ Improving energy
✔ Moving better
✔ Preserving muscle
✔ Feeling confident in your body again

Because fitness shouldn't feel confusing and it definitely shouldn't feel like you're constantly starting over.

If you've been waiting for someone to simply show you what works and help you stick with it...
HER was built for you!

06/10/2026

Have you noticed your world getting a little smaller? Not your circle but your world? And not because you want it to but because your body keeps saying NO.

No to the hike.
No to getting down on the floor.
No to carrying the heavy thing.
No to another long day because you're already exhausted.
No to the clothes you used to love wearing.
No to feeling spontaneous.

And just like that you start adjusting your life around what your body can no longer do.

Most women don't wake up one day and suddenly feel old.
It happens slowly. Maybe you have a little less energy and dare we say little more stiffness or maybe a little less strength.

Until one day you realize you don't feel like YOU anymore.

That's why I built HER.
Not to help women lose 10 pounds.
Not to make them sweat for an hour.
Not to leave them crawling out of the gym.

But instead to help them take their life back!
To get stronger.
Move better.
Have more energy.
And stop letting their body decide what they can and can't do.

Because the goal isn't just to live longer.
The goal is to actually be able to LIVE. Live the life you deserve to live!

What are you saying NO to that you want to start saying YES to

06/08/2026

This might be an unpopular opinion-
But weightloss is NOT your biggest threat after 40

It's muscle loss andnd even more importantly...
It's power loss.

Every decade after 40:

➡️ Strength drops about 10%

➡️ Power drops about 17%

That's why women start saying things like:
"I just don't feel like myself anymore."
"I have no energy."
"I feel weak."
"I don't trust my body to have my back like it used to"

The answer isn't starving yourself as most of us have found out at one time or another!
The answer isn't spending hours doing cardio which most hate anyways

The answer is building a stronger body that can produce force, move efficiently, and support you for the next 30-40 years.

That's what HER was created to do.

Because the goal isn't to be skinny

The goal is to be unstoppable/strong/capable of living the life you see yourself living through your own lens!
🔥 Strong enough to live fully.
🔥 Powerful enough to keep up.
🔥 Confident enough to say YES to life.

Something that really has me asking WTH aren't more people talking about this-

Most women are told after 40 to focus on losing weight.
Eat less.
Do more cardio.
Count your calories.
Try another diet.

But almost nobody is talking about what might be the BIGGEST threat to your health, independence, and quality of life as you age...
Muscle POWER.Not strength, but POWER.

Research shows that after age 40, strength declines about 10% per decade which is huge But power?
It declines closer to 17% per decade.

And here's why that matters...
Power is what helps you catch yourself when you trip.
Power is what helps you get up off the floor.
Power is what lets you run across the yard after a grandchild.
Power is what helps you climb stairs without feeling like you just ran a marathon.
Power is what keeps you independent.

Yet every week I talk to women who tell me...
"I just don't feel as strong as I used to."
"My balance isn't what it was."
"I feel old." This is by far the most said phrase !
"I don't trust my body anymore to do what I need it to do"

And the crazy thing is...
Most of them think they need to lose 20 pounds.
No!!

What they really need is to rebuild the thing aging is stealing the fastest.
Their strength.
Their power.
Their confidence.

The good news?
You are NOT stuck!
You are NOT too old!

And your best years of strength don't have to be behind you.

This is exactly why we created the HER Method.
Not to help women become smaller.
to help women become stronger.
More capable.
More confident.
More resilient.

Because I don't want women training for a beach vacation.
I want women training for the next 30 +years of their life.

💙 To keep doing what they love.
💙 To keep up with their family.
💙 To stay independent.
💙 To feel powerful in their own body again.

That's what HER is really about.

And trust me...
That number on the scale becomes a whole lot less important when you realize your body is capable of things you thought were gone forever.

If this has you asking WTH aren't more people talking about this let me know...We will talk!

Serious question for anyone wanting to answer,,,

Why does it seem like the midsection becomes the preferred storage location after 40? 😅

A lot of women think it's simply because they're eating too much and sometimes that's part of it, but often there's more going on:
• loss of muscle
• changes in activity levels
• stress
• sleep
• hormonal shifts

The frustrating part is that doing the same things you did at 25 doesn't always produce the same results at 45.

If you've ever felt like your waistline changed without your permission, you're definitely not alone!

06/01/2026

Can we stop pretending these things are normal for a minute?

Being exhausted by the end of the day.
Feeling stiff every time you stand up.
Not feeling strong enough to do things that used to be easy.

Because a lot of women are calling that "getting older" when it's actually something much different.

Here's what I see all the time...

Women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond trying really hard to stay healthy.
They're walking.
Trying to eat better.
Doing their best to stay active.

Yet they're still tired, frustrated and wondering why they don't feel like they should.
Then eventually they start believing the lie that this is simply what happens as you get older.

I don't buy it!
Yes, your body changes.
Muscle naturally declines.
Bone density starts to decrease.
Recovery changes.
Hormones shift.

But that doesn't mean you're supposed to spend the next 20 years feeling weak, exhausted, and hoping things don't get worse!!

That's exactly why I created HER.
HER isn't a bootcamp.
HER isn't random workouts.
HER isn't about seeing how sore we can make you.
It's structured strength training designed specifically for women who want to restore what life, stress, aging, and years of putting everyone else first have slowly taken away.

More strength.
More energy.
Better balance.
More confidence.
A body that actually supports the life you want to live.

I've never had someone tell me:
"I'm so glad I waited another 5 years to start taking care of myself."
The women who feel their best 10 years from now are usually the ones who decide to start today.

Not perfectly
Just Consistently
Just intentionally.

So if you've been feeling like your body is slowly working against you...
Maybe you don't need another diet.
Maybe you don't need more willpower.

That's what HER was built for.

Comment HER or send me a message and I'll show you what it looks like.

I am beginning to wonder if the following is true?
People don't have a motivation problem they have a starting problem??

Not because they don’t care…
but because what they’ve tried before either didn’t work—or felt impossible to keep up with.

Here are a few patterns I see all the time:

Relying on random workouts (or not starting at all)
Not getting enough protein to support strength and energy
Doing too much cardio and feeling burned out
Holding onto habits that quietly slow progress (like poor sleep or alcohol)

Individually, these don’t seem like a big deal.
But together… they keep you stuck.
Low energy.
Frustration.
Starting and stopping over and over again.

Here’s the shift most people actually need:
Not more effort.
A better system.

That’s exactly why I created the HER Method.
It’s built to help you:start at your current level (even if you’re not working out yet)
rebuild strength safely
improve energy and recovery
and create consistency without overwhelm

This isn’t about going all-in overnight.
It’s about finally having a plan that works with your body—not against it.

If you’ve been thinking about starting but haven’t taken that step yet…

Just drop and emoji and I’ll send you the details.
