This is why we have diseases, inflammation ( pain ) , catch colds

frequently, and other body maladies. Through stress reduction, dietary, and lifestyle changes, your body really can heal itself. I have read many books from well known medical doctors who understand the mind & body connection. It seems that they all tend to agree that stress, lifestyle, and dietary seems to be the culprits for most of our ill health. We need to take back our own health so we can live a happier and joyful life.
