I personally enjoy cannabis, but AL does not.

We are adapting our business model from a h**p dispensary to a cigar lounge opening 2026 until HB445 is appealed or the legislation is amended.

This transition requires a unified effort. I encourage each of you to engage in research and select the ideal candidate in the upcoming mid-term elections.

Should Alabama ban all h**p-derived THC products?

A bill by Sen. April Weaver, R-Brierfield, would classify THC taken from h**p as a controlled substance, banning the products entirely.

It's been a great short ride. We opened our doors May 3rd with passion, dedication, and the wild belief that following the law would be enough, then came HB445- a magical piece of legislation that made it clear: success, legality and community value are completely optional in Alabama policy.

We want to personally THANK our loyal customers, our neighbors, and those who were just curious about our shop, WE LOVE YOU!!!
