How do you get your Hashimoto’s - Autoimmune Thyroiditis under control??

• my thyroid journey has been difficult but here are my results. TSH has improved dramatically. I’d love if it came down a little more. Antibodies have decreased significantly and inflammation is so much lower. My TPO used to be even higher (around 800) but I don’t have that record anymore. Would love to get those antibodies to go away completely.

Roasted veggie soup ✨ I’ve been trying my best to add a little more veggies in my life. Here is a super quick and easy way to do that!
- Choose your veggies; I did peppers, red onion, sweet potatoes and tomatoes
- Roast them with olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme
- Blend them up with bone broth to add a little protein
- Make a grilled cheese sandwich with some sourdough bread

Super simple healthy muffin / cake recipe ✨
(Please don’t judge my bananas that’s exactly how they should be for this recipe)
Ingredients:
- simple mills muffin mix
- protein powder
- eggs
- bananas
- chocolate chips
- avocado oil
- water
- vanilla extract (optional)
Literally mix all the ingredients together and bake! Muffins bake for 15-20 minutes and cake for 25-30!
✨Tip: sprinkle with Celtic salt at the end ✨

My personal favorites when it comes to skin care products:
- Acure - cleanser and facial scrub. Acre is a great clean brand with outstanding ingredients and no chemicals. They have accessible prices and quality products.
- Diazbeez - it’s a local bee keeper in Huntsville that makes soaps, skin care products for males and females. I LOVE their overnight serum and their oatmeal facial moisturizer. Super clean ingredients and no chemicals.
- M&M’s farms - local business that makes grass fed beef tallow products, and soaps. Love love love the ingredients and the smell. They go great on the skin and hydrate deeply.
- Mario Badescu - I love this facial spray. This one specially has no fragrances, parabens, dyes, but some other flavors do so make sure to choose this one specially.
