Did you know that if you don't get "good sleep" not only does your body over produce Cortisol (Stress hormone known for increasing fat),but it CANNOT produce Serotonin (important for rest) or Human Growth hormones that are essential for the production of HEALTHY CELLS and RECOVERY from injury or trauma (even a stubbed toe).
All the more reason to find ways to support REST & HEALTHFUL SLEEP
