The sauna is an interesting place. People who don’t know each other show up, step into the heat, and before long they’re laughing and talking like old friends. It reminds me of kindergarten—on the first day, you met someone new and instantly became friends. 🌧️ A little rain isn’t stopping us!

We’ll still be firing up the sauna and hitting the river tonight starting at 7:00 PM.

One of the things we’re trying to build is resilience. If we only do hard things when the weather is perfect, we miss the opportunity to strengthen our minds as much as our bodies. The weather doesn’t get to decide how we live.

The Founding Fathers didn’t wait for perfect conditions to pursue something meaningful, and neither will we. Rain or shine, we’ll be there.
