A friendly reminder that intentionally inducing artificial musculoskeletal contractions is not considered within the appropriate scope of practice for equine therapists, particularly those utilizing microcurrent therapy. Before allowing anyone to perform treatments like this on your horse, take the time to research their training, qualifications, and scope of practice. Your horse’s health and welfare should always come first. 🫶
