Ready to start your day with some miles and great company?

📍 Meet at Teachers Park ⏰ 5:30 AM or 6:00 AM

Tomorrow's route is a scenic 1.8-mile loop through downtown and along the river. The loop gives everyone flexibility—run or walk at your own pace and add extra loops if you're looking for more mileage.

There will be no official group run Saturday morning, so get your miles in at your own leisure and enjoy the beautiful weekend!
A huge good luck to everyone participating in the Cedar Rapids Marathon Weekend! Whether you're tackling the Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, or any of the weekend events, all of your hard work and training are about to pay off.
I (Jackie) will be in Cedar Rapids early Sunday morning and will do my best to gather everyone for a group photo before the races begin. If you're racing, keep an eye on this post—I will update it with my location once I get set up.
Run strong, have fun, and most importantly, enjoy the experience. We can't wait to cheer you on and celebrate your accomplishments!

As we move into our normal summertime schedule, here are our updated run club start times:

📅 Monday & Wednesday: 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM start options
📅 Saturday: 6:00 AM start

Tomorrow morning we'll meet at the track and head out on the Liberty Trail toward Triangle Pond. Whether you're looking for a few easy miles or a solid midweek workout, this route offers a great opportunity to enjoy the morning before the heat of the day sets in.

Bring your water, wear your bright colors, and come ready to log some miles with a great group of people!

🏃‍♂️ Indee Run Club This Week 🏃‍♀️

Marathon weekend is almost here!

We'll meet Wednesday morning at the track at 5:30 AM for an easy run. Marathoners should keep it light with 2–3 miles, while everyone else can enjoy 3–5 easy miles at a conversational pace.

This week is all about arriving at the starting line healthy, rested, and ready to race. The hard work is done—now it's time to trust your training.

📚 Don't forget our Running Seminar!
Join us Thursday at 6:00 PM at Steeple Studio for an evening focused on running, training, injury prevention, and building a stronger running community. Whether you're training for your first 5K or your next marathon, there will be something for everyone.

Saturday is a great day for rest, travel, or a short shakeout run before race day.

To everyone running the marathon this weekend: we're cheering for you every step of the way! Be sure to take pictures, share your race stories, and let us celebrate your accomplishments.
