We are delighted to be participating in this End of Life Planning: Hospice & Palliative Care workshop, put on by St. Elizabeth Seton Health Ministry.

These topics aren't typically brought up in casual conversation, but they sure are important. And, they are a lot easier to talk about before they become necessary than in the middle of a health crisis.
