25 years have passed, but the pain of that day has never truly left us.
For those whose lives were taken far too soon, for the families who were left behind, and for every life lost in the years since — your memory lives on.
Today, we speak your names. We remember your faces. We honor the lives you lived, the love you shared, and the dreams that were taken from you.
Time may move forward, but we will never forget.
We remember the innocent lives lost.
We remember the heroes who ran toward danger.
We remember the families who waited, hoped, and endured unimaginable loss.
We remember all those whose lives were forever changed.
Twenty-five years later, your names are still spoken, your stories are still told, and your memory remains in our hearts.
You are not forgotten. You will never be forgotten. We remember.

Last week approximately 100 IN-TF1 members deployed to the 2026 Homeland Defender Exercise located in Terre Haute Indiana. The Task Force conducted Search and Rescue operations with the Indiana National Guard 19th CERFP. It was a great exercise to work together in integrated teams to accomplish the locating and extricating those causalities that were trapped in the building. With a live building that the INNG Engineer brought down for the exercise. It was hot, but worth the year long planning to accomplish this exercise. A great job by all. A special thanks to the Indiana National Guard, the City of Terre Haute and many others that contributed to the success of this exercise.
