My background also includes licensure as a Massage and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapist, Reiki I and II certification (Usui Holy Fire III), and a 200HR yoga teacher certification. That breadth is not incidental. It is the foundation of how I see the whole person. I want to say something I say often in my practice, in my one on one conversations, and in every presentation I give.
There is no shot, no supplement, no sauna session, no recovery modality, no program that will heal you if the foundation isn't there.
The chronic stress. The poor sleep. The drinking. The screen time. The relationship you've been staying in that your nervous system never fully relaxes inside of. These things matter. They are not separate from your health. They are central to it.
The tools we use in precision health are real and the results are real. But they work best when you do too.

What started in western medicine clinical work evolved into functional nutrition and integrative health coaching. That deepened into consulting, working alongside practitioners, clinics, and businesses to bring this approach to more people than I ever could have one-on-one. And now it's all becoming something I've envisioned for years.
A full longevity practice. Health and performance testing. Clinical interpretation and insight. Recovery. A physical space built for the kind of care that's been missing.
This has taken years. More hard work than I can put into a post. More learning, more pivoting, more late nights than I'll ever talk about publicly.
But it's happening.
I'm not ready to reveal specifics yet. Just know: something is coming. And I built it for the people who've been overlooked by the conventional system. And this is just phase one.

But optimization has a shadow side.
