Saturday, September 26: I’ll be at SahaFest at Saha Wellness Center facilitating a sound healing session from 5–5:30 p.m. The festival runs from 1–6 p.m. and is free to attend
Sunday, September 27: Frequencies on the Full Moon is back at Ujamaa Community Bookstore! This time, we’re highlighting Cleo Sol. I’ll be guiding a sound bath accompanied by her music as we welcome fall, release what we no longer need, and make room for what’s next. A few tickets are still available—link in my bio. 🌕
Whether you join me on Saturday or Sunday, I encourage you to take a quiet moment for yourself this weekend. That might look like resting at home, meeting up with friends, or spending time in community. However you choose to do it, take space to reset and clear your mind, body, and spirit. As we move into fall, give yourself permission to release what no longer serves you. 🍂🖤
